Heotjesabap

The people of Andong prepare Bibimbap(boiled rice mixed with assorted ingredients)using the same dishes used for an ancestor worship ceremony,even for their day-to-day meals. It is served with a variety of vegetables, broiled vegetables and a soup.

Geonjinguksoo(noodles)

This local specialty is made from wheat and soybean flour, and is served in sweetfish soup. On top of the noodles, fried zucchini, thin red pepper, thinly sliced fried egg are added.

Andong Beef Table Set

This table set contains the famous taste of Andong beef, served with a variety of vegetables, kimchi and seasonal dishes, all adding up to a bountiful and gorgeous feast.

Andong Sikhye

This special rice nectar, made from fermented steamed rice, radish, ground red peper, ginger juice and dried barley sprouts is especially good in winter, and always healthy and fortifying.

Pungsan Kimchi

Using pollution-free ground red peppers and natural mineral water from 150metres under the ground, Pungsan Kimchi revives traditional Korean kimchi standards.

Andong Chicken Jjim

Andong Chicken Jjim is rich in well-balanced nutrition and low in calories. Large pieces of potatoes, spinach and green onion are combined with chicken and bean-thread noodles and cooked over low heat. Sesame seeds and red chile for deeper flavor. This very special delicacy is loved all over Korea.
